Travel Information

Flat-Rate Packing Fee: $50

Travel Compensation: $0.51/mile (round-trip), toll and/or parking fees

Minimum service total requirement for traveling: $500 (Within a 20 mile radius)

Minimum service total requirements for travel outside of the 20 mile radius:

< 20 miles: $500

< 40 miles: $750

< 60 miles: $1000

Please note: The minimum requirement total does not include Pre-Wedding Consultation payment, Packing Fee or Travel Compensation.

How do I book SAS Studio & Salon for my wedding?

Please email us at weddings@sasstudioandsalon.com with your wedding date. If your date is available please fill out our Bridal Questionnaire and return to us at your earliest convenience. Return via email or mail to 47 W Boscawen St, Winchester VA 22601

Am I required to have a Pre-Wedding Consultation in order to book my wedding date?

No, a consultation is not required but highly recommended! It gives us the opportunity to meet in person and get a thorough idea of what you are expecting for your big day!

How far in advance should I book my Pre-Wedding Consultation?

We recommend between two and four months prior to the wedding day.

Am I able to makes changes to my Questionnaire after I send it in?

Yes, but we ask that you limit the changes to no later than one month prior to the wedding day.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No, we do not require a deposit. We do however require you to sign our Service Agreement located at the back of our Questionnaire in order to officially book your date.

What happens if I need to cancel after I have signed the Service Agreement?

We do not have any penalties if you decide to cancel your date after signing our Service Agreement. We do ask that you give us prompt notice so we can open that day to other inquiries.
